Information you provide

When you submit a fit check, project brief, or accept service terms, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, business name, website, qualification answers, project details, signature, and the other information you choose to provide. Forms are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Website and campaign data

The site may record the page you visited, referring page, device or browser information, approximate location, and campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters, a Google click ID, or ValueTrack fields like campaign, ad group, keyword, match type, network, or device.

The fit check and project brief may save first-touch or last-touch campaign context in your browser's local storage so your source can survive page changes. The full project brief may also save a browser draft.

Google measurement storage, ad personalization, and ad user data are controlled by the privacy choices shown on the site and default to denied. In denied mode, Google tags may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. If you accept, Google may use storage and process measurement data according to its own terms and privacy practices.

How we use information

  • Evaluate fit, route inquiries, and respond to project requests
  • Plan, provide, secure, and improve ForeverSite services
  • Understand which pages and campaigns produce qualified demand
  • Reconcile qualification, project starts, and campaign attribution
  • Maintain business, security, audit, and contractual records
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

Sending a fit check or project brief permits ForeverSite to contact you about that project. It does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, customer-relationship operations, analytics, advertising measurement, and other operating systems. They may process information only to provide those services or as otherwise permitted by their contracts and applicable law.

When configured and permitted by your measurement choice, a deduplicated lead reference and campaign context may be used to record a qualified conversion or later business outcome with an advertising platform. We do not send the free-text project brief as an advertising conversion.

We may also disclose information when required by law, during a business transaction, or to protect people, systems, or legal rights. ForeverSite does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including project follow-up, service delivery, audit, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may accept or decline optional measurement in the site's privacy banner. You can also clear site data in your browser to reset the saved project draft, campaign attribution, and privacy choice. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information.

To ask a privacy question or make a request, email support@blendmode.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
